Just thought I’d mention this. Anyone who has used Crazy Bump for creating normal maps for textures, look up PixPlant 3. It is Crazy Bump on steroids! You have so much more control how to create normal maps and texture maps in general. Just import a texture into PixPlant and it will generate all the relevant maps for your 3D textures. A must! 🙂

I am part of the Corona Renderer Beta testing team and have to say the latest build is progressing nicely. Well done guys and girls :-). The Interactive Renderer is still a bit slow but no doubt this will improve. I am very keen to see the layer stacking coming up soon. Still have not had a chance to do a test on animation but so far I have done quite a few commercial projects still renders and love it!
