CRYPTO-CLUB

I got approached by Dan & Ben on LinkedIn who were looking for a 3D Designer to come up with some designs and animations for their 3 member cards. As soon as I saw ‘Sci-Fi’ / ‘Bladerunner’ feel I jumped with joy! It was such a fun and ‘just let yourself go’ project to work on. Super exited to be involved in phase 2 creating the VR style club!

I started off sketching out some ideas for the cards on paper until I was happy with the basic direction. Then use Illustrator to design the clean visuals to be presented to them. After this I brought the base shapes into Cinema 4D for extrusion and started adding all the details. The texture maps were created by hand and I used PixPlant 5 to create the different maps (gloss, roughness, metallic, displacement & normal). It was fun to animate these.
